Olekit lists bonds on Vienna Stock Exchange

The Vienna Stock Exchange announced that it has accepted the listing of up to USD 240 mln bonds of the Issuer Olekit Investments Ltd., on its Third Market, effective November 24, 2016 with the registry maintained in CREST.

Eurivex Ltd., the Cyprus Investment Firm regulated by the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission (CySEC) number 114/10 acted as Advisor to the Issuer and is the listing agent.

The Olekit Investment bonds carry an interest rate of 6% and are due 2026 with ISIN GB00BYWLQB18 and the Sedol code is BYWLQB1.

Eurivex setup the registry of Olekit Investments in CREST and is custodian of the bonds on behalf of the investors.
